Brand new for 2009 - Large (103m2) 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is perfectly situated right in the center of the village, only minutes away to local bars/apres ski and restaurants, less than 400m from the Natrun ski lift. The bus to the Arberg ski area and the rest of the Hochkonig region, is almost outside apartment block (4 minutes ride). This family apartment is large and very spacious (sleeping up to 8 + infants. The apartment is L shape ideal for two small families or one large extended. The apartment is all on one floor (1st floor) views of the Hochkonig mountain range from every window. You can watch skiers from a distance ski the Natrun mountan from the terrace. The breakfast bar comfortably seats 6 (also extra table and chairs seating 4).
The apartment comprises of 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 kingsize bed with ensuite shower room & TV/DVD. Bedroom 2 has two sets of bunkbeds (possible kids room) with a large balcony (views of childrens play area)TV/DVD player, and bedroom 3 has a Double bed and set of bunkbeds (possible family room) TV/ DVD player. In addition to the ensuite there is a large bathroom which also has another seperate shower cubicle.
The apartment has been finished to high specification with all modern facilites like large screen cable TV and DVD player, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, underfloor heating etc. Small selection of childrens board games and books, DVD's Private undercover car parking space, Internet access.
There is a storeroom for skis/bikes and a small outside play area for young children. The large terrace has sun loungers and table and chairs (stunning views of village and surrounding mountains). Also additional large balcony from bedroom with amazing views (bistro table with chairs) Highchair & Cot available on request (no extra charge). The building is served by a lift, the apartment also benefits from being all on one level. Maria Alm is less than 1 hours drive from Salzburg Airport.
As a rule we do not accept bookings from large adult party groups as the apartment is in a quiet house/part residential.
