All booking are provisional until a non refundabe deposit of 300 euro has been received.  Once you have confirmed verbally we will of course secure your booking for 1 week to allow for payment to reach us.

Full payment will be required 6-8 weeks prior to travel.  Please note any bookings made within that period of travel will need to be paid in full.  Any booking cancelled before 6 weeks of travel will result in a loss of deposit.  After that time you will incur 100% loss of monies paid although we will re advertise the holiday on your behalf and if we mange to find alternative guests at short notice we will refund that amount (which pay be less than the original amount bearing in mind it is a last minute booking) less a 25% administration charge to you.

We require the names of those who are staying at the apartment and only those on the original booking will be accepted to stay in the apartment.  No additional persons can be added without prior agreement from property owners.

Damages

We do not take a damages deposit although it goes without saying that we expect you treat our apartment with respect.  We understand that accident happen and are happy to sort these out, however, ask that you let us know straight away if anything is damaged so that we can replace it or arrange for it to be fixed as soon as possible in time for the next guests.

It is expected that you leave the fridge empty when you leave and dispose of your recycling, particularly food.

Standard check in time is 3pm and check out is 10.00am.  Where possible we try to be flexible however, during peak season not always possible.
